Technical information on Homecrafter-made files in The Sims 2.
Walls
Normally, HCP wallpaper files consists of:
- 1 object xml file
- 1 texture image (txtr) file
- 1 text lists file
There may be a directory of compressed files when at least one file is compessed.
However, in-game wallpaper files can have:
- 1 object xml file
- >=1 texture image (txtr) file
- 1 text lists file
The extra txtr file(s) can be a bump-map.
The txmt file type is "wallpaperbump" for all HCP wallpaper files and for most in-game wallpaper files.
Only a few floor tiles have txmt files of the "Wallpaperpool" type which is for caustic animation.
