[edit] Problem
- A custom lot costs 1,156,498,467 Simoleons.
- Installed lots cost over a billion Simoleons!
[edit] Cause
This is a bug, and it's related to lots that have been built with the University expansion installed.
[edit] Solution
Click on the lots and housing icon and enter the lot in build/buy mode, without sims on the lot. Immediately save the game and go back to the neighborhood. Click on the lot again and you'll see the price has changed to correct itself.
