Are we going to add header sections for Free Time and Apartments? Or, are we waiting for content first?

Ok, to try out adding content I have made a page on having "better dates"--which I can now search to. So it seems to be in the wiki data base. But I cannot see how to add a link to it under Nightlife Expansion Pack because the page is locked.
