Probably the easiest option is to check the Elixer Consignment Store regularly for a Bottled Blessing of the Fae, which can also be made with the Alchemy skill although it requires a Red Toadstool, Sunstone, and Fairy Damsel to brew it.

Another option is to Search for Fairies at the Arboretum. This can unlock a chain of opportunities where you can become a fairy.


[edit] Abilities

Fairies have a hidden skill that grants them certain abilities. There is a cost to every fairy ability that you use. The Magic Power meter tells you how much magic power your fairy has. If the meter is low, your fairy won't be able to use their powers until their meter replenishes. The Magic Power meter regenerates slowly over time, but fairies can replenish it faster by performing tasks in a Fairy House or by going on a ride on the Train Set. Because Fairy powers are a hidden skill you will only know their level by messages in the Information tab.

Fairies can cast Auras on themselves and other sims that boost skill gain to any nearby sim. Auras gradually drain a fairy's magic meter until it is empty, and they can be turned off from the same menu where they are turned on.

0 Aura of Soothing Soothes nearby Sims, giving a mood boost as well as alleviating any stresses.
1 Aura of Creativity Increases skill gain in Painting, Writing, Guitar, Piano, Drums, Bass, and Cooking.
3 Aura of Body and Mind Increases skill gain in Athletics, Logic, Charisma, Handiness and Martial Arts.


[edit] Tricks

Like young sims with the Rebellious trait, Fairies can play tricks on other Sims. Fairy tricks are more supernatural in nature or appearance.

0 Chattering Teeth Recipient gets frosty, chattering teeth.
0 Hot Head Steam shoots out of target's head and they get the Singed moodlet.
2 Fairy Trap Toilet Fairy becomes small and plants a trap to make the toilet overflow.
2 Fairy Trap Shower Fairy becomes small and plants hair dye in shower faucet.
4 Fairy Trap Trashcan Rubbish bin explodes when a target uses it.
4 Tummy Twister Recipient with burp and get embarrassed.
6 Fairy Trap Sofa Sims that use this sofa will magically fall asleep.
6 Skivvies Magically puts the target into their Sleepwear outfit.
7 Gold and Toads Target will vomit gold and toads.
8 Fairy Trap Mailbox Installs an angry swarm of bees in the victim's mailbox.
9 Fairy Trap LLAMA Reconfigurates a transportation box to take the victim somewhere incorrect.
