Mysterious Mr. Gnome
The Gnome can be found by going down into the catacombs, located in the graveyard. Once you have ventured down a few times (note: It usually takes awhile in the catacombs.) You will get stones and seeds mostly at first but you will eventually get the gnome. Once you are back at your lot, place him where ever you want him. You will find that he has disappear at night and he will be somewhere on your lot in a new pose. Kick the gnome and pick him up again to get different poses. So far I have only found the gnome to move around the lot just once.
