Removing custom content that creates an NPC is a Bad Idea, as detailed here: [1]. Below is a list of TS2 custom content that is known to create NPCs. This list is incomplete and will be added to later.
All multi-PT mods and multi-ideal-plantsim mods will add NPCs; see this thread [2] for more information.
