Charlotte Clervel doesn't exactly have good memories of her childhood: she was a lonor and ashamed of her parents, especially of her father's tradition Cailikon clothing style. This, along with bad experiences with "Space invaders" and horror movies, made her gradually hate non-humans. Ironically enough, she used to be Eva Raiden's (Serene Raiden's mother) friend. She also became fascinated with blood and anatomy, leading her to study medicine.
As a student, Charlotte attends class at La Fiesta Tech University, where her alien classmates mock her blurry Cailikon eyes while she pretends it is an eye disorder. She doesn't feel better until she meets Professor Joseph Clervel, who tells her about his theories about eugenics (regarding non-human genes being mixed with "pure" human ones). He later turns out to kill "monsters" to "cleanse" the gene pool, which is appealing to Charlotte... both feel attracted to each other and end up having a secret relationship.
After separating from her family (since her father was a demon) and graduating, she moves in with Joseph in Strangetown and opens a practice there, where she murders and tortures non-humans. Unfortunately for her, Kiyoazentrizka discovers her frightening crimes and spreads the news, causing Joseph to abandon her right before their wedding. However, she eventually manages to "make him see sense" by using her Cailikon mind-controlling powers, thus marrying him. She later gives birth to a boy, Damian, who becomes her heir after she explains him how she "helps the people".
Nothing is known about Charlotte's old years and death.

Skills and personality
Charlotte has all the skills required to be a doctor; however, she's extremely bad at lying. She also has the Cailikon mind controlling power inherited from her father.
She hates her demonic side and anything not human as well, claiming her pupilless eyes are actually caused by a disorder; she is still a very dedicated wife, even if she keeps her husband under her control. She's also convinced that she has a mission: to protect the mankind from "impure and vile creatures".
