HLS Hitlists (Sims2 Version) - Updated version of SC4 Hitlists which uses the Sims2 Double Instance format

The 0x7B1ACFCD filetype is a pointer to an audio file (http:''www1.modthesims2.com/wiki/MP3 MP3/XA audio: filetype 0x2026960B)

The file structure is the following: (as usual, in hex view, the least relevant byte is first)

DWORD -> Header -> Always 0x00000038
DWORD -> Count -> Number of following data blocks

(begin repetition using count from above)
	DWORD -> Instance (low) number of the MP3/XA file
	DWORD -> Instance (high) number of the MP3/XA file
(end repetition)

Example:

38 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 AA BB CC DD EE FF 00

The file above contains two blocks: the first one points to instance numbers: 0x44332211 (low) and 0x88776655 (high); the second points to instance numbers: 0xCCBBAA99 (low) and 0X00FFEEDD (high).
