Game Patches and Their Updates

This section is to list the patches and what their fixes include together with each patch's full version numbers and release dates.

Patch Log 1.12.70/2.7.7/3.3.11

This patch released on Jun 01, 2010 is

• in conjunction with the release of the second Expansion Pack for The Sims 3 franchise - Ambitions
• updates The Sims 3 base game to version 1.12.70 for those not installing Ambitions to be compatible with the code changes in the second Expansion Pack
• the update for World Adventures will update this EP to version 2.7.7
• the High-End-Loft Stuff Pack will be updated to version 3.3.11 by a separate file, as usual

Patch Log 1.11.7/2.6.11/3.2.8

This patch released on Mar 23, 2010 brings

• The Sims 3 base game to version 1.11.7,
• World Adventures Expansion Pack to version 2.6.11 and
• High End Loft Stuff Pack to version 3.2.8

Patch Log 1.10.6/2.5.12/3.1.7

This patch released on Feb 08, 2010 brings

• The Sims 3 base game to version 1.10.6,
• World Adventures Expansion Pack to version 2.5.12 and
• High End Loft Stuff Pack to version 3.1.7

Patch Log 1.9.22/2.4.7

This patch released on Feb 02, 2010

• updates The Sims 3 base game to version 1.9.22,
• World Adventures Expansion Pack to version 2.4.7, and
• is in conjunction with the release of the first Stuff Pack for The Sims 3 franchise - High-End Loft Stuff.

Patch Log 1.8.25/2.3.33

This patch released on Dec 15, 2009 brings

• The Sims 3 base game to version 1.8.25 and
• World Adventures Expansion Pack to version 2.3.33.

Note: This is an essential update if you plan to install the Create-a-World tool.

Patch Log 1.7.9/2.2.8

This patch released on Nov 18, 2009 brings

• The Sims 3 base game to version 1.7.9 and
• World Adventures Expansion Pack to version 2.2.8.

Patch Log 1.5.82/1.6.6

This patch released on Nov 16, 2009

• in conjunction with the release of the first Expansion Pack for The Sims 3 franchise - World Adventures
• updates The Sims 3 base game to version 1.6.6 for those not installing World Adventures to be compatible with the code changes in World Adventures Expansion Pack version 2.0.86
• the World Adventures Expansion Pack installer will patch the base game to 1.5.82 before the installation will proceed
