Causes
It is also possible that the content is not extracted properly. If you were using one utility, try another. We have a list of suggestions in Game Help:DFDD1 What you Need/Archiver. If you have tried all of those and are still encountering issues, possible causes left are:
- some conflict in your system
- the source file from the uploader was not archived correctly

After a redownload, extract the content and try again using the same Archiver program.

If the above step fails, try extracting with a different archive utility, and then try installing again.

Still not successful? Contact the content creator or check back on the download page to see if this is a known issue or others have raised the same problem.

If it does show up, you're done. Go play!
Doesn't show up in either a saved game or new game? Go to Next Step.
