I've been viewing most of the tutorials on the site and one thing seemed to turn me off. All of the tutorials are off site? | + | :Becuase not all the tutorials are on MTS2, and not all the tutorial writers would want them to be reproduced here, notwithstanding the fact that it'd take a very long time to actually convert tutorials in a usable form to the wiki. The tutorial section here is designed to organise what is already out there in the community - it is not meant to be an actual tutorial site in it's own right. Helping people to find what they need through organisation and categorisation is the plan - especially given the sheer amount of content out there. Hello-A new idea? Maybe not?
I've been viewing most of the tutorials on the site and one thing seemed to turn me off. All of the tutorials are off site? Why can't we just add them to Sims2Wiki instead of them "outside"?
- Becuase not all the tutorials are on MTS2, and not all the tutorial writers would want them to be reproduced here, notwithstanding the fact that it'd take a very long time to actually convert tutorials in a usable form to the wiki. The tutorial section here is designed to organise what is already out there in the community - it is not meant to be an actual tutorial site in it's own right.
