It is all done but i can't find my career in game!

This happens to SO many people, usually you have missed a vital step in the process, maybe it was just forgetting to press "commit" just once, so you should go back over the steps and look to see if anything is missing, chances are you will find it and once fixed it should work in game.

I don't want to wait for my job in the newspaper, how can i get it quicker?

You need to use the cheat "boolprop testingCheatsenabled true" then hold down shift and click on your mailbox, you should then have the option from the career tab to choose any job you want and at any level. Remember to turn the cheat off afterwards though!
