Overview

This tutorial discusses how to use empty lot placement as a tool to flatten otherwise hilly (relatively unlevelled) terrain. The idea is to

  • open up more space in your neighborhood so you can place lots that contain construction.
  • make the neighbourhood terrains plain enough to accommodate plain lots side-by-side when the elevations of their mutual grid points in the neighbourhood are close enough to form.
