I've blanked this page rather than deleting it so you cab hit History to retrieve what you typed up. This is not the correct place for a tutorial - please post your tutorial on MTS2 for a moderator to check it over before it is given a wiki page. Thanks.
I'll leave this page a week, then delete it.
