I'm wondering about the actual formatting of the file formats. Instead of using double colon to indent code, we should standardise on code tags. Also, I think the FormatByName (ie GMDC) should be either an overall description of the file format, with a link to the TGI page, or just link them together and have one page for both.

We could then standardise:

• Description at top
• Usage
• File format details
