This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Welcome to the third set release in the Manor House Collection. This is the Kitchen set, which I have a feeling a lot of people will enjoy.

This set has been split into two parts. This is part one and features all the appliances, counters and cabinets.

Terms & Conditions
You may recolor this set, but you canNOT clone it, hack it or alter the package files in any way!
You may also include it in houses and lots, but NOT if you are uploading to the exchange or any paysite (exception is TSR).

If you recolor this, don't host these mesh files anywhere else. Please link back so that downloaders can get the actual meshes here.
Please give full credit and a link back if recoloring or adding to a lot.

Note: collection file is included in the zip. It is the collection file for the entire MH Kitchen set, not just part I.

Additional Credits:
SimPE, CEP, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max.

Being the ditz that I am, I forgot to change the GUID settings of the kitchen island, which means it was overwriting the original Maxis table I cloned it from and generally running amok and vexing innocent simmers.
I have fixed the aberrant island file, but if you have already downloaded the kitchen set, you will need to download the fixed island.

If you are downloading the set for the first time, then you are safe.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

All I had to do was wait... and look at what I got now. The work is exquisite and love the details. I don't care about the poly smoly counts, I am happy to have more of your work in my game. Thanks so much once again. I absolutely love the stove.

As all of your creations, they are so elegant. Fit for a manor, lol. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing it for free. My usual question is, will there be a collection file after the second part?

This kitchen is stunning, and very well done. I would love to have a season compatible frig, so I'm hoping there will be enough of a demand for one. Thank you for your work.

This set is truly lovely. Thank you!

I would like to add my voice to those who would love a seasons version of the 'fridge. Just because I think that re-using leftovers is The Greatest.
