This house it not for the faint-hearted but perfect for your loner sim.
Perched on a rock, high up above the sea this contemporary glass house offers amazing views as far as the eye can see.

Enter through a narrow staircase nestled between the rocks and ascend three levels up onto a glass catwalk built right through the cliff.
The main level has an open floor plan with the kitchen and bar area, a sitting area with a fire place and the dining area sitting on top of a glass floor.
Step outside onto the terrace to enjoy some sun or a swim in the infinity glass pool or relax in the jacuzzi while observing the sun set into the sea.
Reach the upper level trough stairs built right into the rocks. The master suite, a gym and a sauna are located here as well as a custom-made aquarium. The roof of this house is also utilized with a dance floor and some lounge chairs.

Deep under the rock there also lies a basement level with a bowling alley, aquarium and a powder room.
There is also a swimmable pond in the back yard.

This house fits best on the Lighthouse lot in Windenburg.

Just hoping my Sims will have more courage than me as I'm afraid of heights but nevertheless it's a fantastic build

Great Work! Just an FYI, I put the lot on the island in Sulani. The basement, stairs, mailbox and pond disapeared, There was no way in. I added a ladder off the staircase to the water below and a mailbox and the house is now home to Jim Beam, master spy.
